Director of Student Ministries

The Director of Student Ministries ("Students@TheHills") is a full-time ministry position, overseeing, coordinating, and implementing the full range of ministries to students in grades 6-12 as an extension of overall church mission and vision. Such ministries would include large and small group discipleship; events, camps, and retreats; and all other activities that promote student engagement, fellowship, and spiritual growth.

However, we are looking for someone who goes beyond just having the skills to direct and program ministry. We desire someone with white-hot passion for Christ, for the gospel, and for its impact in the lives of middle and high schoolers who has high energy, a strong work ethic, a natural connectedness and relatability, and a great sense of humor and fun. This position would be a member of our ministry "Lead Team," and so we are seeking someone who is a "fit" with our ministry culture and philosophy as well as our vision and values.
